If you have a neighbor above and it is coming in the ceiling of your kitchen or bathrooms, let them know asap. They may be able to stop the water and minimize damage.
If you are not sure where water is coming from and contact any BOC member available.

This includes adding a dishwasher, washing machines, moving walls, removing old tile in bathrooms, moving radiators to facilitate work, or any changes to plumbing or heating systems must be pre approved by the board.
Please contact the Board President to be added to the agenda for the next board meeting. It is recommend that the shareholders attend the board meeting to present their changes.
You can find the ethernet socket, most likely in your living room, and plug your router into it. You are responsible for providing your own router and maintaining it securely.
